- Conor OFor years I've been struggling with my weight and lack of energy, diets just didn't agree with me and I don't have time to go to the gym but after sitting down with Billy and going through things he helped me understand the importance of eating the proper food to fuel my body and instead of giving me a diet he made out a food plan for me which is so easy to follow and it's eating proper wholesome foods in a balance that has not only helped me lose weight but has also given me such a boost in energy that I'm now able to get through my days easier and more efficiently as a direct result of my increased energy levels by just eating the foods that support my goals. I would highly recommend Billy to help you in whatever fitness goals you may have and I'm lookimg forward to getting stuck in with his personal training sessions

- Marie OBilly is amazing at his job and extremely knowledgeable. I needed to get in shape for a holiday I booked to Ibiza. I explained all the goals I wanted to achieve prior to my holiday. He looked at my dietary plan and my current fitness levels and made a plan from there. I wasn’t very active at the time so he gave me a pre work out plan prior to the 12 session package I bought. This work out needed to be completed 4/5 times before starting PT with him. The pre session plan gave my muscles time to recover. We trained three times a week for a month Along with a fourth session as a solo workout. All the workouts were tracked on his app and were easy to input the data. This app was very useful, if a session was missed or cancelled, I was able to complete the workout using this app and not be lost or confused as to what needed to be done. I was extremely happy with my results. He helped me achieve the goals I needed. He pushed and coached me through every session without over doing it. Over...
